This image was taken one misty morning. I was enjoying a walk through the park, meditating on the beauty of nature, when I came across a heron. Maybe he too was just resting and getting ready for his day. Maybe he was deciding on what to have for breakfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I chose to show the environment around the bird. While I was walking around Goldstream Park, I was feeling awe for the quiet magic of the forest.
