He was demonstrating the testing of various muscle groups.<\/p>\n<p>I like the juxtaposition of old and young hands. I also like the Raphael-like interaction of the hands.<\/p>\n<p>the black and white treatment simplifies the image, and minimizes distractions (Such as Dr. Brown&#8217;s bracelet). I also cropped to a 4 x 5 format to remove a bit of the patients forearm to give a tighter composition.
