One cold Christmas Day I was walking behind Goldstream park looking for abstract images in the frost covered fall landscape. I chose this image among several Salmon skeletons because of the composition (and decomposition) of the skeleton, as well as the arrangement of leaves and the feeling of frost.

A flat print of this image was donated to the Goldstream visitor centre to be sold to help fund salmon programs. This 2.5d image is a unique representation of this image that literally brings the feeling of the forest floor.
