After my walk at French Beach, I stopped at Muir Creek to walk along the ocean. I did not get to the beach as I found a couple of frozen puddles. I put on my macro lens and got completely lost in abstract images. 

I did learn a couple of things though, While the ice may be pretty flat, I still needed to pay attention to depth of field. I also found magnifying the image on the live view screen and manually focusing was more accurate. 

There is something about an abstract minimalist image that excites me…Enjoy.
